Are you looking for an alternative to Google AdSense? Check out Quigo (Qwee-go).

According to CrunchBase, Quigo is an ad-targeting network that provides contextual advertising services i.e. targeted contextual text links.

Quigo was sold to AOL for $340 million back in 2007 and was integrated into AOL’s advertising.com platform.

This acquisition allowed AOL to sell contextual PPC text links across their network (and third party sites) like Huffington Post, ABCNews.com, CNNMoney.com, Forbes.com, USAToday.com and CNBC.com.

For example, the minimum bid for an ESPN run of site starts bid starts at about 10 cents with a top bid of $1.50 for up to 50-100M views per day.
